Spains Air Europa currently operates a fleet of 41 aircraft, which includes 18 state-of-the-art Boeing 787 long-haul jets.

They are primarily used on scheduled flights to North and South America. This 787-9 with the registration EC-MSZ is one of them.

Only integrated into the fleet in 2018, it was given the name JJ Hidalgo, the CEO of Air Europa.
