As a customer, you pay a unit price depending on your shipping options.
We are not responsible for non-trackable shipments (Posten Brev/Varubrev).

Sometimes we can have a lot of customers in our store and if you have placed an order for pick up in our store, it will make it easier for you as well as for us.

Your order is reserved for 7 days, unless your order is collected within 7 days your order is canceled.
Foreign shipments to EU countries
Outside Sweden shipping costs from 190 SEK, when ordering bulky goods, 90 SEK surcharge will be added. This is automatically adjusted in your shopping cart before checking out your order.
We ship with DB Schenker Parcel or Postnord.
Foreign shipments to the rest of the world
We ship with Postnord. Please note that you can only choose payment method prepay to our bank account. We will calculate a shipping fee and return to you.
Some of our items cannot be shipped as bulky because of the length, you can only choose payment invoice or prepay on these items. We will return with a shipping fee and you as a customer approve this before we send the shipment.
Examples of such items are vitrines longer than 140 cm, very large builders kits etc..
Stock status & delivery time
We try to ship your order as fast as possible, if the items in your order are in stock, we will do our best to send it the very same day.
We reserve ourselves for any error on our stock status.
You can also pre-order items in our web shop, this may be upcoming news and articles that are back-ordered.
Please note that you can only choose payment invoice if you pre-order an item, because we cannot charge you for the item/items in advance.
When a pre-ordered article has arrived at our warehouse, an email will be sent to.
You cannot cancel a pre-ordered article that has arrived in our stock.
We will charge you a minimum of 200 SEK for non-retrieved shipping’s.
Our payment methods
When you shop online at our webshop, you can pay by secure card payment, bank transfer or invoice 15 days (no additional fees apply.)
If you choose to pick up your order in our shop, you pay the order at pickup, you can pay by credit card VISA/Mastercard or cash in our shop.
Online secure card payment
The money is automatically deducted from your card when you place the order and no additional fees are added. Our card payment is via secure card payment with Nets Netaxept and we accept credit cards VISA and Mastercard.
Invoice 15 days
We make a credit statement for new, unknown customers, if there are no remarks, we will attach an invoice to the shipment. Payment will be made within 15 days to our BankGiro or Postgiro, please enter your customer number / invoice number when you pay the invoice, which can be found at the top right of the invoice.
Credit information only takes a few minutes and we will send your order immediately. Should there be any remarks on your social security number, we are unable to submit an invoice, then your order must be prepaid to our BankGiro or Postgiro. An e-mail will be sent to your specified e-mail with payment instructions.
Complaints of the invoice must be made within 8 days.
Statutory reminder fee of 60 SEK is payable on late payment.
Payment in advance
Pay directly to our BankGiro, after ordering you will receive an e-mail with payment instructions, we reserve the order for 7 days.
Always enter the order number that you received for your email as a reference / message upon payment.
As soon as we receive your payment, we ship the goods (usually within 1-2 business days.)

Replacement, return and complaint
Change of product
If you wish to exchange an article please always contact us before, send the package to us carefully wrapped, you can attach information in return with any item you want instead or place a new order in our webshop. New shipping cost is added. The product must be inspected and approved by us before we can accept the change.
If you regret your purchase, you can always return the item to us, contact us before returning, you have a right of withdrawal for 14 days after you have received the goods. When returning to us, the product must be in original condition and unused, all packaging and manuals must be in its original condition. When returning to us, you as a customer must pay all shipping costs. Attach the name with the return.
We will process your return as soon as possible. In case of non-return, the item will be returned to you and additional shipping will be charged.
If refunded, your money will be refunded within 30 days regardless of the payment method.
The return must be approved and inspected by our staff.
Shipping and return shipping is not refundable. Have you paid by pay credit card, the amount is refunded from the account deducted from the payment.
If you have paid in advance to our BankGiro, you must attach the name of your bank, clearing and account number.
You as a customer are responsible for unpacking and checking that the goods are non-defective within 8 days of receiving your shipment.

To receive a complaint, we need a written description by e-mail and, if possible, also a picture. In case of a valid complaint, we will be responsible for the return.
If the item is sold out and we cannot replace it with a new item, the product will be refunded, in case of payment method invoice, we will credit the item.
If the item has transport damage, we always answer for the cost, but you must notify them at your delivery center and also to us, also attach a picture.
In case of warranty claims, ie an error that was already present when the product was delivered and in case of technical failure that occurred without external impact, contact us as soon as the error occurred.
In case of any dispute, we have a policy to comply with the decision of the Swedish General Complaints Board.
