With the delivery of its first A350 in 2019 the tri-national Airline of Scandinavia also introduced a modernized livery. The color red on the engines was omitted in favor of a more elegant silver, its abbreviated name SAS being applied almost the entire height of the fuselage. It goes without saying that the stylized flags of the three Scandinavian countries Sweden, Norway and Denmark are still central elements of the new color scheme. SAS plans to have repainted the entire fleet by 2024.
