Iveco S-Way steel dump semitrailer "Ernst Franke" (Niedersachsen Hannover)

Ernst Franke from Hanover started his transport business in 1900, picking up tropical fruits arriving at the train station via horse and cart and delivering them to retailers in the city. The Second World War brought the circumstances that tropical fruits were less needed, but building rubble had to be transported away. The whole family helped here with handcarts and later a horse and cart. From the mid-50s, dump trucks were also purchased. Today, the company is owner-managed in the third generation and bulk materials of all kinds are transported throughout Europe. The new steel round body is in similar form in the fleet.
