The BASIC range is intended for model railroaders (primarily of era 4, from 1965 to 1990) in order to offer simple models at a reasonable price. The Scania construction tipper with short cab is given the little-used 113M 380 cooler and appears in a color scheme common at the time in sapphire blue with an oxide red chassis.
