Description
Bogserbåt 'Liman 2', byggsats i trä, med mässing, nysilver detaljer m.m.
The Liman 2 was built in Holland in 1935, and served the Port of Istanbul continuously until 1990, when she was bought and restored for the museum in 1991.
Measuring almost 19m in length and weighing more than 50 tons gross, she is powered by a triple expansion steam engine of some 170 hp.
Liman 2 is in fully working condition and can still occasionally be seen in steam.
